To ensure the safety and quality of our aerosol products, we employ two manifolds that deodorize LPG before it is sent to the gassing machines. This additional step highlights our commitment to product safety and quality.
Our Aerosol Manufacturing follows a set of rigorous Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to uphold the highest quality standards:
Concentrated raw materials undergo blending, with the addition of additives, to create a final usable product.
Materials are crimped, marked, and kept separately for further processing.
A hot water dip test is conducted to check for leakages before labeling and batch coding.
Aerosols undergo performance tests as per QC and application team standards to ensure optimal functionality.
Selection of metal/aluminum cans, valve, and determining the length of the pipe is done with precision by our production team.
Material quantity per can is meticulously measured by weight, adhering to Manufacturing Standards.
Deodorized LPG is filled into each can as per specified standards.
Every batch carries retention samples stored for 3 to 6 months, ensuring traceability and quality control.
