Our Blending Station is equipped with a range of blenders catering to various capacities – 50kg, 100kg, 500kg, and 1000kg. This diversity allows us to tailor our blending process to the specific formulations and quantities required for each product.
Versatility is key in our blending process. Our blenders are designed to operate at variable speeds, providing us with the flexibility to achieve the perfect mix for every formulation. This level of precision ensures the consistency and quality of our automotive care products.
Step into our blending area, and you’ll experience a clean and spacious environment adhering to international-level SOPs. We follow a meticulous process that begins with the incoming raw materials undergoing rigorous quality checks, setting the foundation for a seamless blending journey.
Our blending process follows a set of internationally recognized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee the highest quality at every stage:
All incoming raw materials undergo thorough checks based on QC standards.
Raw materials are selected as per formulations and required quantities, creating Premix A with QC checks to ensure the right mix.
Stage - 2 raw materials are blended to produce Premix B, following QC checks.
Premix A & B undergo final blending at a slow speed to produce the desired finished product.
The final blended raw material is rigorously tested for pH value, viscosity, and visual aspects such as look, feel, and uniform solution after 12 hours of settling.
The finished product undergoes performance tests based on QC and application team standards.
Every batch retains a sample stored for 3 to 6 months, ensuring traceability and quality control.
